  • You develop and manage project-specific procurement strategies and coordinate closely between the project and procurement organizations.
  • You take on the interface role between suppliers/contractors and the project teams, facilitating alignment and resolving queries.
  • You are responsible for contract management, ensuring contract compliance and overseeing variation, claim, and dispute management.
  • You identify contract-related project risks and, together with the project team, define, monitor, and steer appropriate mitigation measures.
  • You actively manage supplier relationships, driving continuous improvement, supplier development, as well as innovation and value creation initiatives.
  • You lead project-related sourcing and negotiation activities and coordinate the entire purchasing process.

Your profile

  • You ideally have more than five years of professional experience in procurement and contract management for large EPC/EPCM and construction contracts.
  • You bring several years of experience in large CAPEX projects within the E&P, chemical, or energy industries.
  • You communicate fluently and confidently in both German and English and present yourself professionally in international and cross-functional environments.
  • You conduct negotiations confidently and in a goal-oriented manner—even under time pressure.
  • You take a solution-oriented approach, identify challenges early, and address them proactively.
  • You enjoy working in a team and are willing to travel for negotiations and supplier meetings.

We offer

  • 30 days of annual leave (based on a 5-day workweek), plus time off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Sports and leisure activities, including EGYM Wellpass with an employee contribution of €15.00 (incl. VAT) per month, regular company events, and after-work sports groups.
