Project Control Admin (IMMEDIATE HIRING)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or any related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Expertise in Computer & IT skills such as Microsoft Office and office software.
• Able to work with numbers and calculate OT accurately.
• Positive attitude, proactive, responsible and willing to work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in project/site administration is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily work progress through company construction project management software (IntoAEC).
• Track completed, pending and overdue work.
• Follow up with site supervisors regarding outstanding work.
• Remind management about pending work and deadlines.
• Prepare simple daily/weekly progress reports.
• Calculate and verify workers’ OT.
• Prepare monthly OT records for payroll.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
