Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2–4 days/month onsite

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst to support electric utility projects through comprehensive project scheduling, cost control, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and project documentation .

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Primavera P6 scheduling , project controls, cost forecasting, and financial performance tracking. Experience supporting construction, utility, transmission/distribution, engineering, or infrastructure projects is highly relevant.

Key Responsibilities

Project Scheduling & Controls

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools.
• Partner with Project Managers and functional teams to develop project schedules, cash-flow plans, and forecasts.
• Monitor project milestones, progress, risks, dependencies, and schedule variances.
• Participate in project kickoffs, status meetings, field walkdowns, and project reviews.
• Collect progress data and update project schedules based on actual performance.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support project planning using tools such as P6, MS Project, SAP Project System, and SAP Work Management .

Cost Control & Financial Analysis

• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost plans, and monthly forecasts.
• Monitor project financial performance and identify cost variances.
• Prepare cost, schedule, forecast, and project performance reports.
• Analyze project cost drivers and provide variance explanations to Project Managers and leadership.
