Qualification :
Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
Minimum GPA: 3.00 out of 4.00
Basic knowledge of construction management principles and project execution.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Having good English communication skills
Proficient in computer skills (AutoCAD, Microsoft Project & Microsoft Office)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skilled in report preparation and presentations
Detail oriented and results driven
Job Summary : Project Control is responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress monitoring. Skilled in tracking project performance, preparing reports, analyzing schedule and cost variances, and supporting project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
