PROJECT CONTROL - FTTH PROJECT

PT Sancome Nusantara Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Project Control professional to support our Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) project operations. This role primarily focuses on project data management, progress tracking, online spreadsheet updates, project documentation, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely project monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor FTTH site construction progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date project trackers, including key milestones such as RFS (Ready for Service) and RFSC (Ready for Service Completion).
2. Prepare and update project schedules and site implementation plans, monitor planned versus actual progress, and identify potential delays.
3. Manage, validate, and regularly update project data using online spreadsheets, including Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel Online.
4. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, project dashboards, and status updates for the Project Manager and management.
5. Manage and maintain project documentation, including permits, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), Minutes of Meeting (MOM), acceptance records, and change requests.
6. Monitor work quantities and actual project costs, and support progress claims and Variation Order (VO) submissions.
7. Coordinate with the client (Fiberhome/FH), local subcontractors, construction teams, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
8. Track project risks and site issues, including permits, land access, material availability, and construction delays, and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
9. Support the preparation and verification of acceptance documentation for RFS, RFSC, and project handover.
10. Ensure project data is accurate, consistent, properly documented, and updated according to reporting deadlines.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Project Control, Project Administration, Project Support, or a similar position.

2. Experience in telecommunications, FTTH, fiber optics, construction, or network infrastructure projects is preferred.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, particularly:

   • VLOOKUP
   • IF and basic logical functions
   • SUMIF/SUMIFS and COUNTIF/COUNTIFS
   • Filtering, sorting, and data validation
   • Pivot Tables and data processing

4. Experienced in managing, updating, and maintaining project databases and online spreadsheets with large volumes of data.

5. Strong data analysis skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify data discrepancies and project progress delays.

6. Able to prepare structured reports and present project data clearly and systematically.

7. Good communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams and external parties.

8. Able to work under deadlines, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet reporting requirements.

9. Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills.

10. Able to communicate and reporting in English
