Project Control Manage

Role Description The Project Control Manager will oversee planning, monitoring, and controlling multiple projects across the Group’s diverse business units. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project progress, managing budgets and timelines, preparing status reports, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. The role involves identifying risks, proposing corrective actions, and supporting leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret project data, assess performance, and support strategic decisions.
• Project Management and Program Management skills to plan, execute, and control multiple initiatives across business units.
• Budgeting skills to prepare, monitor, and reconcile project budgets, and support cost optimization.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present reports, and engage with leadership.
• Experience in project controls, operations, or business management, preferably in diversified or multi-project environments.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Project, or similar software).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage part-time schedules, and operate effectively within a hybrid work model.
