Project Control Manager

• Develop and implement project control procedures to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, facilitating successful project execution.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced scheduling tools, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on critical timelines.
• Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting to identify deviations from the project plan, enabling proactive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to forecast project costs, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 20+ years of experience in project control roles within the construction or engineering industry, showcasing a deep understanding of project dynamics.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience with project management software and tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, indicating technical proficiency.

Other Requirement Previous ADNOC / GCC Experience with EPCC projects is a must Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ✔ Candidates must be immediate joiners ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Applying candidates must possess regular educational qualifications obtained from recognized institutions.
