PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER

About the role

This role involves managing and controlling the Master Project Schedule, monitoring and controlling project progress both physically and financially, and identifying potential project delays to develop recovery plans. The position requires coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Owner teams to ensure project targets are achieved, while conducting productivity, cost, and risk analysis with project completion forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and control Master Project Schedule
• Monitor and control physical and financial project progress
• Identify potential project delays and develop Recovery Plans
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project progress and performance
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Owner teams to ensure project targets are met
• Conduct productivity, cost, and risk analysis and project completion forecasting
• Ensure planning, monitoring, and project control execution aligns with targets

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in construction
• Minimum 3 years of management-level experience in Project Control or Project Management Control
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation/Energy Projects, Infrastructure, and/or High Rise Building industries
• Comprehensive understanding of project planning, monitoring, and control
• Ability to compile and control Project Schedule, Progress, Cost Control, and project reports
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills
• Must possess Primavera P6 certification
