PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project control and planning activities for assigned projects and ensure implementation of approved WBS, project schedules, milestones and execution plans.
• Monitor project progress against Primavera schedules and identify delays, critical activities, slippages and required recovery actions.
• Coordinate with Planning Engineers, Project Managers and Site Teams to ensure timely execution of activities in accordance with WBS, IFC drawings and BOQ requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely issuance of POs against approved submittals and monitor vendor execution against agreed delivery and completion schedules.
• Monitor steel structure procurement and execution, including quantity/load assessment, vendor coordination, material inspection, delivery and erection as per approved IFC drawings.
• Monitor internal and external finishing works and ensure site execution complies with IFC drawings, BOQ specifications, approved materials and required quality standards.
• Provide technical coordination and guidance to site teams and vendors, ensuring availability and proper implementation of IFC drawings, specifications and approved technical requirements.
• Verify vendor work completion and coordinate processing of vendor invoices after confirmation of completed works by authorized site personnel.
• Prepare project control reports, highlight progress, delays, procurement constraints, technical issues and recovery actions, and ensure compliance with management directives and Company procedures.

Key Requirements:

✔ Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related Engineering discipline.
• Master's Degree in Project Management / Construction Management will be preferred.

✔ Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in project planning, project controls, construction management or engineering.
• Strong experience in Primavera P6 and construction project scheduling.
• Experience in infrastructure, buildings, steel structures or large-scale construction projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors and site teams.
• Experience in construction/project-based organizations will be preferred.
