What they need
Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:
- Gelar Sarjana (S1) di bidang Teknik (Sipil, Elektro, Mesin, Industri) atau Manajemen Konstruksi dari universitas terkemuka.
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Project Control, Project Planner, atau Cost Controller.
- Memiliki rekam jejak atau portofolio dalam menangani proyek energi terbarukan (Renewable Energy), seperti Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS), Tenaga Angin (PLTB), Mikrohidro, atau Panas Bumi.
- Pemahaman mendalam terkait Earned Value Management (EVM), pembuatan Kurva-S (S-Curve), estimasi biaya (cost estimation), dan budget tracking.
- Memahami siklus hidup proyek infrastruktur energi terbarukan serta standar K3 (HSE) yang berlaku di lapangan.
