Project Control Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our Project Controls team. This role is critical in supporting project execution through accurate reporting, tracking, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project controls ideally in the natural gas construction sector and be comfortable managing multiple administrative and reporting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily project reports
• Assist in project invoice and billing requirements
• Coordinate procurement activities, including tracking materials and orders
• Monitor and track equipment usage and logistics
• Process and manage onboarding and payroll for project staff
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Support project managers with cost tracking and schedule updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction project controls or a similar role
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook required)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project management or accounting software
• Background in cost control or scheduling is a plus
