Project Controller

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Controller to keep our projects on budget and on schedule. You will track costs, timelines and progress across our projects and give management clear, accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, costs and expenses against the approved plan.

• Track project schedules and flag delays or risks early.

• Prepare weekly progress, cost and variance reports for management.

• Coordinate with project managers, designers, purchasing and site/installation teams.

• Review quotations, purchase requests and billings against the project scope.

• Keep project documents, change orders and records complete and organized.

• Perform other project-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Business, Management or any related course.

• At least 1 year of experience in project control, cost control, project coordination or a related role.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) and reporting.

• Organized, analytical and comfortable working with numbers and deadlines.

• Good communication skills and able to follow up with different teams.

• Knowledge of construction, fit-out or interior projects is an advantage.
