About the role
Arbeit Group is looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to support Data Center Construction and Infrastructure Projects in Cikarang.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Track project milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and timelines
- Monitor progress against approved schedules and identify delays or risks
- Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Logistics teams
- Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and recovery plans
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and schedule optimization
- Present project schedule updates and key risks to stakeholders
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Scheduling
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Construction or Data Center projects is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6
- Strong understanding of project controls and construction sequencing
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
