Project Controller (Oil & Gas Project Based)

• Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, milestones, manpower plans, and progress measurement for projects.
• Monitor engineering, procurement, programming, installation, testing, commissioning, training, and handover progress against the approved baseline.
• Prepare and maintain project control reports, including S Curve, progress reports, look ahead schedules, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Monitor project cost, resource utilization, potential delays, and project risks, and provide early warning to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate project control activities with Project Manager, engineering, procurement, site team, QA/QC, HSE, vendors, and client.

Qualification:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering / Physics Engineering / Instrumentation Physics from a reputable university.
• Have minimum 5 years working experience in n project control, planning, scheduling, or project monitoring.
• Experience in oil & gas, EPC, automation, instrumentation, or control system projects is highly preferred
• Able to develop and analyze project schedules, S Curves, progress measurement, manpower plans, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project & Primavera p6
• Good understanding of project lifecycle from engineering, procurement, construction/installation, commissioning, to handover.
• Strong analytical, coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
