Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Controller / Project Monitoring Manager to monitor project progress, contractual compliance, financial performance, MIS, and coordination with contractors and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor physical progress against approved project schedules and milestones.
• Track delays, critical activities, resource bottlenecks, and project risks.
• Monitor EPC contract compliance, statutory approvals, QA/QC and safety requirements.
• Track project expenditure, fund utilization, RA bills and payment status.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and monthly MIS for management review.
• Maintain project dashboards covering physical and financial progress.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, Authority Engineers and internal management.
• Monitor material management, procurement, documentation and related MIS.
• Identify schedule, cost, quality and contractual risks and escalate critical issues.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Civil Engineering; relevant postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
• 8+ years of experience in project monitoring/control, preferably in highway, infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of project schedules, contracts, progress monitoring and MIS.
• Good analytical, reporting, coordination and communication skills.

Salary

Up to ₹10 LPA, depending on experience and suitability
