What they need
Reports to: VP of Facility Delivery and Operations
Help a growing infrastructure team make faster, better-informed decisions. You will keep drawings, actions, approvals and project records connected across two active facility projects, working directly with senior delivery staff. This is a chance to develop practical experience in complex construction and AI infrastructure while making a visible contribution from day one.
Why join this team
CoreFactory AI is building and operating the power, cooling and supporting infrastructure for high-density AI. Our current program includes two facility retrofit projects supporting NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 and Vera Rubin deployments. Direct exposure to senior project leaders, ownership of the information that drives delivery, and hands-on experience with complex infrastructure workflows.
What you will do
· Maintain a common document system with permissions, revision history and distribution of approved drawings for both sites.
· Track RFIs, submittals, changes, decisions, permits, inspections and overdue actions with accountable owners and due dates.
· Prepare meeting agendas, verified minutes, decision records and cross-site reporting inputs.
· Update schedule and procurement trackers from approved source records; flag inconsistencies without independently certifying the critical path.
· Maintain commitment/change records for PM and Finance review; reconcile supporting documentation without approving financial exposure.
· Coordinate access, meetings, deliveries and inspection appointments with site personnel.
· Collect commissioning, training, as-built and warranty records against the closeout index.
· Use approved AI tools for administrative assistance with human verification, confidentiality controls and source traceability.
What you bring
· three or more years in construction coordination or document control, with verifiable multi-party record management.
· Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, drawing revisions, change logs and project closeout.
· Strong organization, follow-through, writing and spreadsheet skills; proficiency with construction document platforms.
· Relevant associate/bachelor’s degree or equivalent coordination experience.
Experience that stands out
Critical facility or industrial MEP exposure; multi-site coordination; familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Project or comparable systems; CAPM.
Your impact
· First 30 days: establish controlled document registers and one action/decision system.
· By day 60: produce complete weekly status inputs and reliable overdue-item follow-up.
· By day 90: maintain revision integrity and an acceptance-aligned closeout index for both sites.
Authority and collaboration
Control document distribution and flag missing or conflicting records. Escalate overdue decisions and discrepancies. Do not approve designs, changes, payments, MOPs or readiness; do not issue technical instructions to contractors.
Compensation
Annual base salary: $70,000–$85,000, based on qualifications and experience. Annual performance bonus target: 0–5% of base salary, subject to plan terms and individual and company performance. Bonus payments are not guaranteed.
Working arrangements
This role requires substantive on-site presence at assigned Maryland facilities and travel between sites. Planned off-hours participation may be needed during commissioning or live-system interventions, with coordinated backup coverage.
Apply
Submit your resume and a brief example of a relevant project or operating responsibility, describing your own contribution and the result. Please do not include confidential materials from previous employers.
