- Participate in and help facilitate weekly project-review meetings; prepare reports and communicate relevant cost, schedule, and delivery-status information.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports, presentations, forecasts, and supporting documentation for Project Managers, project teams, clients, and company leadership.
- Assist with preparing, tracking, and collecting project invoices and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, project management, accounting, and client stakeholders to support accurate cost tracking, resource planning, and project reporting.
- Support project scheduling activities by collecting updates from project leaders, reviewing progress information, and assisting with schedule maintenance and reporting.
- Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages, as assigned, to help forecast work activities, identify coordination needs, and recognize potential schedule or safety conflicts.
- Help maintain project-control systems, databases, spreadsheets, logs, and supporting records.
- Assist in identifying project risks and supporting risk-management plans and mitigation strategies.
- Provide support and guidance to project team members on approved project-control tools, processes, and reporting requirements, as assigned.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with engineering colleagues, Project Managers, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders through email, telephone, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct all work in compliance with company safety policies, client requirements, and applicable procedures.
- Lead by example in matters of safety at all times.
- Work under the general direction of the Project Manager and report directly to the Project Controls Manager.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
