We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls Lead professional in Carolina/Guaynabo, Puerto Rico to support our Program Management Team.

You’ll have the chance to work on this team providing solid forecasting, cost engineering, reporting and subcontractor invoicing.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or other business management related degree; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree

• At least 5 years of project cost controls experience

• Experience with Project Controls Tools: EcoSys, Oracle, Microsoft Excel

• Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues

• Specific experience in tracking actual costs, commitments, and accruals in cost systems

• Support updates to Estimate at Completion and Cash Flow Forecasts

• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues

Please note: Local Puerto Rico residents highly recommended

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• MS Office skills to include Excel

• Intermediate skills with My Payables, Unifier, IPCS, and Polaris, plus other proprietary system tools

• Cost estimating experience

The base salary range for this position is $74,600.00 to $125,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
