Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting an experienced Project Controls Manager for a leading contracting and construction company. The role will be responsible for project planning, cost control, progress monitoring, risk management, and management reporting across largescale, highrise construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and control systems.

Establish project baselines and regularly track actual progress against planned targets.

Identify schedule delays, cost variations, risks, and potential project bottlenecks.

Prepare recovery plans and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

Monitor project costs, cash flow, resource requirements, and overall performance.

Prepare accurate weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management.

Coordinate closely with project, site, procurement, commercial, and finance teams.

Support management with reliable project data, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Ensure projects are delivered within the approved timeline, budget, and quality requirements.

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and controls within the construction industry.

Strong experience with contracting companies and largescale highrise projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.

Good understanding of scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and progress reporting.

Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
