About the Role

This role owns the integrated controls framework, including scheduling, cost, risk, and change management reporting, and develops the coordinators who support project teams. Work arrangement is remote, hybrid, or on-site at our Greater Indianapolis, Indiana or Richland, Washington office, based on candidate location and business need.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, baseline, and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and contractor scopes for multiple projects.
  • Integrate cost, schedule, risk, and change management information into project reporting, executive dashboards, and portfolio performance reports.
  • Analyze project performance, identify trends requiring management action, and own the change management process for scope, cost, and schedule changes.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and administration of project controls systems, software, and reporting platforms.
  • Train, develop, and mentor Project and Lessons Learned Coordinators, and maintain a comprehensive lessons learned repository.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a closely related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of eight years of project controls experience on large projects.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory or management role.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated proficiency integrating cost, schedule, risk, and change data into reporting that supports management decisions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting nuclear, energy, utility, infrastructure, or engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) organizations.
  • Experience with portfolio management across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience working in regulatory-driven project environments.

Pay Range and Benefits

$157,100 to $227,700 per year. Final compensation is based on skills, experience, and internal equity. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, paid maternity and paternity leave, and commuter benefits.
