Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Manage project schedules, coordinateresources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timelydelivery and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

·               Prepare and update project timelines to track milestones andensure deliverables meet scheduled deadlines

·               Maintain accurate project documentation including meeting minutesand progress reports

·               Facilitate clear communication between project managers, teammembers, clients, and vendors to support project objectives

·               Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently tooptimize resource utilization

·               Identify potential project risks and issues, escalate as needed,and assist in developing contingency plans

·               Support compliance by ensuring adherence to company policies,safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements

Required competencies andcertifications

·               Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills tomanage multiple project activities concurrently

·               Utilize project management tools proficiently to monitor projectprogress and resource allocation

·               Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbalforms to diverse stakeholders

·               Apply knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards relevantto the project context (e.g., construction, engineering, IT)

Preferred competencies andqualifications

·               Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science, Project Management, Engineering, ora related field

·               1–3 years of relevant project management experience or internshipexposure for entry-level candidates
