Job Summary

Support the project management team by coordinating procurement, equipment, and workforce allocation to ensure efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities to align with project timelines and requirements
• Manage equipment and machinery scheduling to optimize project workflow
• Allocate workforce resources effectively to meet project demands
• Communicate project updates clearly in English to facilitate team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Facilitate coordination among project teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in Chinese to support communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and teams
