About the Role

DigitalVia Technologies is looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing projects. We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals who possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Eligibility

• Freshers candidates are welcome to apply.
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• MBA candidates will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Digital Marketing knowledge will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of project coordination and client management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the respective departments.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely project updates.
• Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Website Development, Design, Content, and other internal teams.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as per schedule.
• Schedule client meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and follow up on action items.
• Client Retention, Portfolio Expansion, Strategic Cross Selling, and Contract Renewal.
• Resolve client concerns by coordinating with the relevant departments.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and project status updates.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between clients, employees, and management.
• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project planning and execution.
• Use or understand basic project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Slack, or similar software.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Positive attitude with excellent client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing services and workflows will be preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
