Project Coordination Architect

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants with execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery, timely design and drawing deliverables, design integration, and effective resolution of site-related issues.

Experienced in group housing projects

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between consultants, architects, site, planning, procurement, vendors, and management teams.

• Manage and track GFC, working, shop, and coordination drawings through timely submissions, reviews, and approvals.

• Review drawings for design integration, constructability, coordination, and inter-disciplinary clashes.

• Monitor consultant deliverables, drawing schedules, approvals, and key project milestones.

• Identify, coordinate, and resolve design, technical, and execution-related issues.

• Conduct coordination meetings and site visits; prepare MOMs, action trackers, and follow-ups.

• Ensure approved designs, drawings, specifications, and materials are properly implemented at site.

• Coordinate material samples, mock-ups, BOQs, and vendor/shop drawing approvals.

• Maintain consolidated trackers for drawing pendency, approvals, decisions, and critical project requirements.

• Act as the key coordination interface between management, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Arch with group housing project coordination experience.

• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction processes.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, sketch up, Photoshop, Google workspace (Google sheet, Google slides, drive controls etc) will be an advantage.

• Candidates based in Lucknow will be preferred.
