Project Coordinato

Role Description The Project Coordinator is a part-time remote role responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects. Daily tasks include organizing project activities, preparing schedules and task lists, and tracking progress against timelines and milestones. The role involves coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders, scheduling virtual meetings, and documenting decisions and action items. The Project Coordinator will assist with preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation, as well as maintaining digital records and ensuring that project information is accurate and up to date. This position also requires identifying minor issues or risks and escalating them to project leads, while contributing to the continuous improvement of project processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in using office productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, video conferencing, and project tracking software).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in en_US, with the ability to prepare clear reports, emails, and documentation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when managing schedules, records, and project-related information.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of project coordination or project management principles; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Relevant academic background, such as a diploma or degree in business, management, or a related field, is preferred.
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
