Project Coordinator (6 Months contract)

Job Role

Our marketing team is seeking a driven project coordinator that is passionate about working for leading healthcare brands, such as Durex, Strepsils, and Gaviscon. You’ll join our team in maximizing the value and impact of our world-famous brands. You will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

1. New Product Development / Existing Product Development process of the assigned brands/projects. Work with lead markets to align on projects schedules, meet tight deadlines and ensure consistent quality output.

2. Lead packaging and artwork development, adhering to Reckitt guidelines ensuring the best possible adaptation of the global designs to Asean market.

• Uphold all design elements in adherence to corporate and brand identities

• Coordinate design work, proofreading, and pre-press production

3. Assume accountability and autonomy to lead cross-functional teams and external vendor partners in the development and execution of label changes.

• Coordinate communication between factory, regulatory, design, brand team and external stakeholders within the operative processes to ensure a smooth project execution; keep all stake holders informed.

• Set up CPS and ensure all operative tasks related to the project are delivered on time

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• At least 2 years working experience in marketing, innovation and/or project management

• Experience in competitive, fast moving FMCG environment preferred

• Fluently in Thai and high level of proficiency in English in both written and spoken

Functional skills:

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Offices and presentation tools
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Expertise in innovation process and artwork development

Personal skills:

• Strong communicator capable of building strong working relationships
• Structured thinker, highly organized and very process oriented – but comfortable working in a highly dynamic, changing environment
• Skilled at juggling multiple different projects at the same time, ensuring none of them lose traction or get delayed
• Natural team player
