Project Coordinator - 6 Months Contract

What You Will Do

• To coordinate for artwork development and tracking
• To support documents preparation for regulatory approval
• To extract data from existing system to support requirements of project team e.g. Raw materials spec , Bill of Materials, etc.
• To participate/ lead in taskforce meeting when required

Responsibilities

• The project coordinator is responsible for much of the administrative work around a project. Project coordinator can help the project manager and project team with tasks. He/She is expected to set up meetings with stakeholders and deal with the volumes of documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business administration, management, data analytics, statistics is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft office, especially Excel
• Good communication skill
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
• 1-2 years' experience in Project Coordinator or related field is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcomed
