Pay Rate: $25–$28/hour

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator / Administrator to manage incoming project requests, coordinate assignments, and track projects through completion. This role will work with internal departments and approved freelance graphic designers to ensure projects stay on schedule.

No creative or graphic design background is required , but experience with creative projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and distribute project requests to the appropriate resources.
• Coordinate with freelance graphic designers and communicate project requirements.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and completion status.
• Follow up with designers and internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Maintain accurate digital records and project documentation.
• Handle email communication and provide strong internal customer service.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, administration, or office support .
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Outlook and standard office technology .
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Creative/graphic design experience is a plus, but not required .
