Project Coordinator (AI Automation)

What would you do

Split your time 50/50 between hands-on automation and project coordination. You’ll be part of creating and improving AI workflows while guiding colleagues and external partners to adopt new processes and help automate their own work.

Have fun while doing the above, take both negative and positive feedback, and work well under pressure.

About the team

Not fixed. Depending on the project, you’ll work with different teams across the company, and that will change over time.

Must haves

• Experience coordinating projects end-to-end. Startups, internships, university or personal projects count.
• Have excellent understanding of project management concepts and its pitfalls.
• Hands-on experience using Claude, Cursor, or similar tools to build automations, and daily use of AI tools as a natural part of your workflow.
• Understanding of software development processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, break them down into actionable steps, and identify root causes.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to understand different workflows and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to track and measure results.
• Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve and redesign them.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to take initiative, and ability to handle tight deadlines and setbacks.
• Excellent English and a fast-learning mindset.

Bonus skills

• Experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), scripts or AI agents
• Jira, Confluence, Google Spreadsheets, enterprise chats like slack or MS Teams experience
