Project Coordinator/ Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and documenting user requirements and system specifications.
• Support the Project Lead and Chief of Staff in developing test scenarios, preparing test cases, and maintaining system documentation.
• Arrange meetings, book meeting rooms, record meeting minutes, and monitor the progress of action items.
• Assist with master data management, report preparation, and dashboard maintenance and updates.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support for project-related activities.
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure project schedules are updated promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate and communicate with end users and vendors to follow up on assigned tasks and requirements.
• Provide first-level technical assistance and support to end users.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues to third-party vendors for further investigation and resolution when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Analytics or any related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Project Analyst role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
