Project Coordinator & MIS Executive

Job Role

We are looking for candidates who can support Project Coordination, MIS & Reporting, Tendering and Back-Office activities across our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Excel-based data management, MIS reports, dashboards and trackers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for ongoing project activities.
• Assist in tendering and documentation work, including data compilation and preparation of required documents.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports and project-related documentation.
• Collect, compile and maintain project information received from different teams.
• Coordinate with team members for timely updates, follow-ups and completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform general back-office and project coordination activities as required.

Skills Required

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and presentation making.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Good coordination, follow-up and reporting skills.

• Ability to manage data accurately and prepare reports.

• Candidates with exposure to MIS, tendering, documentation or project coordination will be preferred.

• Freshers can also apply if they have good Excel, communication and MS Office skills(Preferably PPT).
