Project Coordinator (Architectural)

About the role

Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities. Review project specification, technical clarifications and construction drawings. Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters. Ensure all submission of detail drawings, materials and mockup for early approval. Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans. Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements. Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards. Check on site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities
• Review project specification, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Ensure all submission of detail drawings, materials and mockup for early approval
• Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications
• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards
• Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve clashes
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Check on site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for project of similar scale complexity and nature of work
• Degree or Diploma in Architectural or equivalent
• Experience in LTA Project or Residential Projects is advantageous
• Willing to work in site office
