Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to coordinate architectural metal projects, ensuring smooth communication between clients, consultants, suppliers, design teams, production, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate architectural metal projects from design approval through fabrication, delivery, and installation.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with design and drafting teams for shop drawings, technical drawings, and material approvals.
• Follow up with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor material procurement, fabrication progress, site requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain project records, meeting minutes, trackers, and document registers.
• Coordinate site measurements, installation schedules, inspections, and handover documentation.
• Identify project delays and follow up with the concerned teams to resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination within architectural metal, aluminium, façade, metal fabrication, or construction.
• Knowledge of shop drawings, material submittals, fabrication, and installation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
