Project Coordinator (Assignment consultant)

The Assignment Consultant will be the primary contact for corporate clients and assignees, ensuring smooth relocation services in line with IOS standards. The role includes managing client communication, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, preparing itineraries, scheduling appointments, tracking assignments and maintaining MIS and dashboards. Working with Finance and service teams (Pack & Move, Immigration, Temporary Accommodation, Car Rental etc.), the consultant ensures timely case closure, process compliance and high client satisfaction while supporting operational efficiency.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with experience in relocation, client coordination or service delivery roles; excellent communication, strong organizational and follow-up skills and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
