Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and liaise with client, subcontractors, authorities and other stakeholders in the smooth and timely running of the project
• Assist project manager to plan, execute and monitor the progress in meeting the target dates
• Assist project manager to prepare and submit the project document e.g. Material Submission, Method Statement
• Assist project manager in material procurement

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building / Civil / Mechanical Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture or equivalent
• Knowledge on Auto CAD preferred
• TCP T1, green card and site safety supervisor holder preferred
• Minimum three years of experiences in similar position, experience in glazing, aluminium or metal works preferred
• Less experience will be considered to be offered as Assistant Project Coordinator or Project Trainee
• Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and oral English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are welcome
