Project Coordinator at Tuas

Key Performance Area

Primary:

1. Assist Managers / Engineers to prepare and compile contractual quotation for existing and new products as per customers’ enquiries.
2. Prepare and release job order / purchase requisition to respective departments for confirmed sales order.
3. Prepare and generate shipment documents for delivery including liaising with Logistics on the delivery schedule.
4. Work closely with respective departments to ensure committed schedules are met.
5. Provide regular update to the Sales team / customers on project development promptly.
6. Response to customers’ enquiries and follow-ups promptly whenever required.
7. Support administrative duties in Sales Department.

Quality:

1. To maintain and ensure good practices are in accordance with A & One Precision best practices and other practices which the Company may introduce from time to time.
2. To maintain good workplace health and safety rules and regulations and are adhered to at all times.

Administration

1. To ensure all Sales management administration documentation, recording and updating are completed correctly and promptly.
2. To co-ordinate and build positive working relationships and attitude with other departments.
3. To develop continuous improvement of job functions and procedures.

Education level:

1. Min. Secondary /NTC / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics /Manufacturing field or its relevant with computer literacy (Microsoft office & excel).

Experience level:

1. Fresh Diploma graduates.
2. Others with Min. two (2) years’ experience in relevant field and in mfg. environment.
