WE ARE HIRING- PROJECT COORDINATOR
Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Industry: Automation Engineering | Electrical & Instrumentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Prepare project schedules, track milestones, monitor progress, and escalate delays.

• Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for approvals, clarifications, meetings, and updates.

• Engineering Coordination: Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, PLC/SCADA, CAD, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of technical documents and drawings.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, approval trackers, drawing revisions, meeting minutes, and progress reports.

• Purchase & Vendor Coordination: Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, material deliveries, and vendor documentation.

• Site Coordination: Monitor site progress, material requirements, inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

• Billing & Payments: Coordinate project billing, invoices, certifications, and payment follow-ups with clients and accounts.

• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, accounts, site teams, and management to ensure smooth project execution.

• Quality & Compliance: Track quality documents, contractual requirements, project specifications, and changes in project scope, cost, or schedule.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Engineering or a relevant field.

• 1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination or engineering projects is preferred.

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and project documentation.

• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
