Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, documentation, progress reports, claims, billing and project records with Project Managers, internal teams, clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, inventory, resources and milestones, including warehouse and logistics coordination for project equipment and materials.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and data analysis, supporting revenue recognition, ISO audits and continuous improvement initiatives using digital tools.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline, with 1–2 years of relevant AV or construction experience.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, including data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience handling project claims, progress billing, project costs or cash flow tracking.
• Experience with Power BI and management dashboards is highly advantageous.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and project teams.
