Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and experienced Project Coordinator – Civil to support project planning, coordination, documentation, and communication between project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities with site and project teams.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
• Follow up on project-related actions and pending activities.
• Prepare progress reports and coordination updates.
• Assist project managers and engineers with project administration.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain meeting records and action trackers.
• Monitor material, manpower, and other project requirements.
• Support resolution and escalation of project coordination issues.
• Ensure timely circulation and maintenance of project documents.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project coordination.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka – Mandatory

Pay: ₹10,954.36 - ₹42,346.01 per month
