Project Coordinator - Civil

Job Purpose

To coordinate project activities between the site team, contractors, consultants, and Head Office, ensuring smooth execution of civil works as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities with site engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower and material requirements.
• Coordinate drawings, approvals, technical queries and site requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and project updates.
• Coordinate with consultants and Head Office for project-related matters.
• Track work completion, delays and pending activities and follow up for timely closure.
• Assist in monitoring project quality, safety and compliance requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, records and correspondence.
• Coordinate material, equipment and manpower requirements with relevant departments.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, execution and overall project coordination.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 68 years of experience in construction/project coordination.
• Good knowledge of construction activities, drawings and project documentation.
• Good communication, coordination and MS Office/Excel skills.
