Project Coordinator- Civil

Location: Kharadi, Pune
Industry: PEB / RCC / Civil Construction

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Civil Engineering / Construction Management
Experience: Prior experience in Project Coordination / Civil Construction preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support project planning, scheduling and resource allocation
• Coordinate with Project Managers, site engineers, contractors and suppliers
• Monitor PEB & RCC project execution and site progress
• Maintain project reports, drawings, meeting minutes and documentation
• Coordinate availability of materials, manpower and equipment
• Track project costs, expenses and budgets
• Act as a communication link between clients, site teams and stakeholders
• Identify project risks and support risk mitigation activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE and safety requirements
• Support quality control and ensure project standards are maintained
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes
• Assist in managing project changes and scope variations
• Prepare regular project status reports and progress updates
