Job Title: Senior Executive-**Location:**V-MART RETAIL **Division:**Projects Experience:4-8 YearsReports to:Senior Manager - ProjectsLevel / Grade4

Job purpose:

Responsible for working in various projects keep time in mind and getting the project done as per deadline

Primary responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinator as per project sites.
• Vendor management billings, material quality check.
• Perform field checks of project sites or survey areas over & verify survey results
• Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders
• Resolve any issue or query with landlords (project site)
• Ensuring the project is delivered on time or as per deadline
• Looking after existing store renovations as per requirement
• Keeping proper documentations of all materials, bills etc

Education:
Minimum qualification Graduate/ Post graduate- B.Tech- Civil/Electrical

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, an organized and thorough approach to work
• Strong reporting, high on team spirit, technical and prioritizing skills
• Preferred prior experience in handling software support profile
• Good organizational, self-management and goal setting skills
