Project Coordinator - Civil

Core Responsibilities

• Scheduling and Planning: Help build and maintain project schedules, set milestones, track work hours, and schedule stakeholder meetings.
• Documentation and Reporting: Organize and update project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Communication and Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between team members, project managers, vendors, and clients to share updates and clarify project requirements.
• Resource and Asset Management: Monitor resource availability, track equipment needs, coordinate team assignments, and manage vendor or supplier interactions.
• Budget and Financial Support: Assist with monitoring expenses, processing purchase orders, preparing invoices, and keeping financial records up to date.
• Risk and Issue Tracking: Identify potential bottlenecks or technical hitches early, flag them to the project manager, and help implement solutions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
