Project Coordinator - Civil Engineer / Architect

Omkar Developers is a Pune-based developer of residential projects. We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer or Architect to coordinate our projects from design through construction.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between architects, structural consultants, contractors and site teams

• Track construction progress against schedule and report to management

• Check contractor bills, measurements and BOQ quantities

• Coordinate drawings, approvals and documentation with PMC and consultants

• Ensure quality and safety on site and resolve site issues quickly

• Support area statements and technical inputs for sales and customer queries

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech Civil or B.Arch

• 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate projects, preferably in Pune

• Experience with residential or redevelopment projects is a plus

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel

• Good communication and coordination skills; presentable and organised

Salary: Rs. 40,000 - 50,000 per month, based on experience.
