Project Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Provide day to day support to UK Based building consultants on active contruction and refurbishment projects.
• Assist with preparation, review, and coordination of Project documentation and reports.
• Assist with procurement process including obtaining quotes, comparing supplier proposals and traking orders and delivery timelines.
• Use and maintain project management and construction software such as Arthur App, BuilderTREND.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, refurbishment, or facilities management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote, international team.
• Familiarity with UK construction terminology, project processes, or building consultancy practices would be an added advantage.
