Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in day-to-day project tracking and coordination.
• Maintain Jira boards or project tracking tools; update statuses, document sprint progress, and follow up on pending tasks.
• Prepare project documentation such as MoMs, status reports, release notes, and dashboards.
• Coordinate internal meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Assist in tracking timelines, resource allocation, and risks.
• Follow up with team members to ensure task completion as per sprint goals.
• Communicate minor updates and blockers to stakeholders, escalating when needed.
• Help ensure adherence to delivery processes and internal QA checkpoints.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Certification or training in project management (Scrum, PMP, or Agile foundations).
• Exposure to client interactions or offshore coordination.
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn
• Team player with good interpersonal skills; organized and process-driven
• Able to work under supervision and handle multiple tasks
