Key Responsibilities:

Maintain schedules, update trackers, and coordinate logistics across project phases

Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and basic reports

Assist with tracking project budgets, invoice processing, and expense reconciliation

Gather inputs for Statements of Work (SOWs) and maintain documentation

Monitor and log risks/issues, escalating as needed

Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Use core platforms (Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Airtable, PowerBI)

Maintain accurate records of customer needs and feedback

Proactively flag discrepancies and risks to project managers

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business, communications, or related field preferred

Experience in project coordination or administrative support is an asset
