Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with 3+ years of experience in Railway and National Highway (NH) Infrastructure Projects to coordinate project activities and support the project management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and Clients.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Coordinate site activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and project requirements.
• Maintain project-related documents, drawings, approvals, work orders, and correspondence.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve project-related issues and ensure timely execution.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain minutes of meetings and action points.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain proper project documentation.
• Follow up with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Ensure effective communication between the project office and site teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Railway and/or NH Infrastructure Projects.
• Strong project coordination and documentation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle project deadlines.
• Knowledge of infrastructure project execution and site activities will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in Railway and NH infrastructure projects.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
