Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to drive day-to-day execution across our product initiatives, keeping deliverables on track and teams aligned. This is primarily an execution and coordination role, with a portion of time spent on business analysis to support requirement clarity and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Execution Coordination (primary)

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables across teams
• Track task and work-item progress, update status, and maintain project dashboards
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and follow up to drive resolution
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and status meetings, and circulate notes and action items
• Ensure the team has clear priorities and that commitments are met on schedule
• Maintain project documentation and reporting for stakeholders

Business Analysis (~20%)

• Assist in clarifying and documenting requirements and acceptance criteria
• Help translate stakeholder needs into work items for the team
• Support UAT coordination and requirement validation

Good to have

• Exposure to eDiscovery, legal tech, or enterprise software domains
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and BA practices
