Sinohydro Corporation Limited, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Building Engineer/ Project Coordinator to join our team in the Yau Ma Tei District.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare a master programme or a short term working schedule.
• Coordinate with the Architect, Engineers, and Consultants for construction details.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for the preparation of shop drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate, identify, and resolve potential design issues and interfacing details with different trades.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with the Site Agent for work sequences and materials on site.
• Prepare progress reports and submission schedules.

Job Requirements

· 10 years+ working experience in Main Contractors.

· New Build project experience is required.

· With Hospital project experience, must have an advantage   .

· Worked on public sector HKHA, ASD, Housing projects is highly preferred.
